  • 1. What is the weight of their pet?
    Why we need to know this: To install the correct Gas Charged Strut on the Carrier. This will help when you lift the weight of your pet while inside the Carrier, to a near level position for travel.
  • 2. What is the rise and run of a stair tread?
    Why we need to know this: To calculate the angle of your stairs so that the Three Position Leveler can be bolted into the correct position. This will provide the most level ride for your pet, when lifted into the travel position.
  • 3. What is the Overall Length of your stairs?
    Why we need to know this: To custom cut the rail length to your stairs. This will allow the Carrier to be installed at its lowest possible position, to make entry and exit easiest for your pet.
